Central West Adoption Support Group (CWASG)
The Central West Adoption Support Group (CWASG) meets every couple of months in various locations across the region. The towns represented in the group include (but is not limited to Bathurst, Orange, Molong, Parkes, Forbes, Dubbo and Mudgee) and the countries represented by our members are Australia, South Korea, China, Colombia, Ethiopia, Philippines and Thailand. We are always keen to meet with other adoptive families in the area, and to assist or support in the process any way we can. Ours is a social group, so we usually meet over lunch on a Saturday or Sunday for a couple of hours.
There will be three meetings in 2011, the next being at Bathurst in March. New members (at all stages of the adoption process) are welcome.

Illawarra/Wollongong area support group
A spring picnic will be held Sunday 23 October, 2011 at Stuart Park, North Wollongong. Frequency of picnics depend on interest. Contact Lisa Wilson for details of the time and where to meet.
North West Adoption Support Group
Quarterly picnics/BBQs in Tamworth. Families currently attending all live in Tamworth with countries currently represented being Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong, and NSW local program. New members at all stages of the adoption process and from all adoption programs are welcome. Families from all regional areas are also welcome.
